WHAT AHG COLLECTS
When you sign in, Discord provides your user identifier, display name and avatar. AHG stores information you intentionally submit, including clips, comments, reactions, staff applications, saved items and reports. Operational security records may include timestamps and limited diagnostic information.
HOW IT IS USED
AHG uses this information to verify community membership, display your contributions, remember your saved resources, operate moderation workflows, deliver status notifications and protect the website from abuse.
WHAT AHG DOES NOT RECEIVE
AHG never receives your Discord password. The website does not sell member data or use it for third-party advertising.
SHARING AND VISIBILITY
Approved media, display names, avatars, comments and reactions may be public. Staff applications, private reports and staff audit records are restricted by Discord roles. External video and news providers have their own privacy policies when you open or play their content.
RETENTION AND CONTROL
Data is kept while it supports community operations, accountability or security. You may request correction or deletion through the AHG Discord staff team. Some audit records may be retained when necessary to document moderation or security decisions.
